1. About the Program
Meantime Collective is a free loyalty program operated by Meantime (“we”, “us”, “our”) for customers of our Hamilton and The Entrance venues. By joining, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
- The program is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
- Membership is free. There are no joining fees or annual charges.
- One account per person. Accounts are identified by email address or mobile number.
- Staff members of Meantime are excluded from earning loyalty points.
3. Joining
- You can join in-venue by providing your first name and mobile number (or email address) to a staff member, or by scanning a QR code and completing the signup form.
- By joining, you consent to Meantime storing your contact details for the purpose of operating the loyalty program.
- Marketing communications (email and SMS) are optional and require your explicit consent. You can opt in or out at any time.
4. Earning Points
- Members earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent at any Meantime venue (Hamilton or The Entrance).
- Points are calculated on the total transaction amount after discounts and before tips.
- Points are awarded when the transaction is completed and may take up to 10 minutes to appear in your account.
- Bonus points may be awarded for actions such as creating an account, completing your profile, referring a friend, or following Meantime on social media. Bonus point values are set by Meantime and may change at any time.
- Points are earned on food, beverage, and ticketed event purchases only. Gift card purchases do not earn points.
- Points are not earned on refunded or voided transactions.
5. Redeeming Rewards
- Rewards are unlocked automatically when your points balance reaches the required threshold.
- Available rewards and point thresholds are published on our website and may change from time to time.
- Rewards can be redeemed at either Meantime venue (Hamilton or The Entrance).
- Rewards are applied at the point of sale by staff. You must be added to the transaction to redeem a reward.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another member, or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
- One reward may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise specified.
- Meantime reserves the right to limit or modify reward availability.
6. Points Expiry
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. “Inactivity” means no qualifying purchase has been made in that period.
- Before your points expire, we will send you a reminder via email (if you are subscribed to marketing communications).
- Expired points cannot be reinstated.
7. Birthday Rewards
- If you provide your date of birth, you may receive a birthday reward via email or SMS.
- Birthday rewards are subject to availability and may change from time to time.
- Birthday rewards must be redeemed within 14 days of your birthday.
8. Referral Program
- Members may refer friends using their unique referral link.
- The referring member earns bonus points when the referred friend makes their first qualifying purchase.
- The referred friend receives a discount on their first purchase as specified in the program.
- Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or bulk referral schemes are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
9. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
- Points and rewards are personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned.
- Meantime may suspend or close accounts that are suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or violation of these terms.
10. Privacy
- We collect and store your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth (if provided), transaction history, and loyalty program activity.
- This information is used to operate the loyalty program, send you relevant communications (with your consent), and improve our services.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Our loyalty program is powered by Marsello. Your data is stored securely in accordance with Marsello’s privacy policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@meantime.com.au.

11. Communications
- Transactional messages (points earned, reward notifications, review requests) may be sent regardless of your marketing preferences, as they relate directly to your program membership.
- Marketing communications (weekly emails, promotional offers, event invitations) are only sent if you have opted in.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to any SMS, or by contacting hello@meantime.com.au.
- Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect your membership or points balance.
12. Changes to the Program
- Meantime reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program (or any part of it) at any time.
- Changes to earn rates, rewards, or terms will be communicated via email to members who are subscribed to marketing communications.
- Existing points balances will be honoured for a minimum of 90 days following any material change to the program.
13. Limitation of Liability
- Meantime is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the program, system downtime, technical errors, or delays in points being awarded.
- The program is provided on an “as is” basis. Meantime makes no guarantees regarding the availability or uninterrupted operation of the program.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
